Dear Mr. Parson,

I am writing to thank you for the continued teamwork and support that you provide us at Wadman Corporation. For over 50 years Jay Wadman's construction company has purchased material and service from Jack Parson. Many things have changed during the last 50 years in the industry: schedule time frames have tightened; testing requirements are more stringent; production has gone up; environmental concerns have increased; conveyance has improved; takeovers and conglomerations have become the rule; etc.

I write you today because of something that has not changed with time and that is your attitude of service. Our team is making a 250 cubic yard concrete pour today, April 29, 2005, enabling us to keep our schedule and commitments because of the committed individuals that work for both our companies. Thank you for Ron Hadley and Kevin Jolley. Kevin Jolley's attitude of service is impressive. He did not give up on us as a customer. He improvised! He adapted! He overcame! His personal commitment to serve us in our situation is commendable. I refure to let the opportunity pass by to recognize him for his effort on our behalf. Kevin Jolley in the end did not give us exactly what we asked for but he gave us everything he had! We then concentrated our resources on making up the difference. The end result was TEAMWORK and the best outcome to a difficult situation. People make a difference. THANK YOU for actually being the "PREFERRED SOURCE"!

Dave Hogan
Vice President of Construction
Wadman Corporation

Scott,

I felt the need to drop you a note and express appreciation for the partnership and cooperation we have enjoyed with your firm on our project. We know there have been some bumps in the road and we believe there have been agreements and compromises on both of our firms' parts.

We do appreciate the efforts of Brad Berntson to represent your company and to work closely with our staff in seeing that we received the service we were seeking. We hope he will continue to be our firm's primary contact. Having placed nearly 95% of the 18,000+ cubic yards for the project, we are pleased that we chose JBP as our partner. We look forward to finishing strong.

Much of this industry is based upon relationships. We are pleased with the relationship that has been built on this project with Laton and J.B.P. and look forward to other successful ventures in the future.

Bruce J. McDonough
Project Director
