Community Real Estate Leader Brings Experience to Aggregate Industry

Ogden, UT -- November 18, 2004 -- Staker and Parson Companies recently hired Dak Maxfield as Real Estate Manager. Mr. Maxfield will manage the company's real estate interests throughout Utah and Idaho.

Mr. Maxfield brings with him over ten years of real estate and business development experience. As a Senior Project Coordinator for Ogden City, he played a significant role in the revitalization of historic 25th Street as well as the planning and development of new key projects in the area.

"Through his experience he has developed the necessary skills needed to be a valuable part of our team," said John Parson, CEO of Staker and Parson Companies.

Mr. Maxfield initially received his real estate license in 1993 and was an associate with the Salt Lake Investment Company. In 1998, he obtained his real estate broker's license and practiced as an associate broker for Mansell & Associates Inc. He has been married for nine years and has two children. Dak enjoys hunting; fishing, four wheeling, and anything else that gives him an excuse to enjoy the outdoors.
