Staker and Parson Companies, Ogden, Utah, announced that Jake Goodliffe recently was named Brigham and Smithfield Construction and Asphalt Manager, Ben Graham was named Training Director, Brad Hansen was named Ogden Area Construction and Asphalt Manager, Brandon LeFevre was named Transportation Manager and Scott Parson was named General Manager of Jack B.
